abstract | The lithium composite salt grease composition using the dialkyl sabacate of the present invention and a method for preparing the same are prepared using 12-hydroxy stearic acid, dialkyl sabacate, boric acid, lithium hydroxide, and glycerin as a polar dispersant. By treating the first, second saponification process, the dispersion process and the cooling process within the respective temperature ranges, the prepared lithium complex salt grease composition has a high dropping point which turns into a liquid phase with increasing temperature, and thus has excellent heat resistance. It is suitable for use without deterioration of the durability of bearings that are used by showing lubricity, and is applicable to wheels and hub bearings of automobiles that are driven at high temperature and high speed.n n n In addition, the lithium composite salt grease composition of the present invention has a very low reason for oil separation, and has excellent miscibility stability, which not only prolongs the service life, but also has excellent water resistance and generates copper corrosion. It can be applied to various fields without restriction on environment such as oxygen and moisture contact conditions. |
