abstract |
Nanocomposite materials formed of mesoporous metal oxides and graphenes with proven specific capacities in excess of 200 F / g with particular utility when employed in supercapacitor applications. The method for producing these nanocomposite materials first forms a mixture of graphene, a surfactant and a metal oxide precursor and precipitates the metal oxide precursor from the mixture with the surfactant to form a mesoporous metal oxide. The mesoporous metal oxide is then deposited on the surface of the graphene. |
