abstract |
The present invention provides novel compounds, compositions, and methods of inhibiting the proviral integration kinase (PIM kinase) activity of maloni associated with tumorigenesis in human or animal subjects. In certain embodiments, the compounds and compositions are effective for inhibiting the activity of one or more PIM kinases. The novel compounds and compositions can be used alone or in combination with one or more additional agents for the treatment of serine / threonine kinase- or receptor tyrosine kinase-mediated disorders such as cancer. |
