abstract The present invention relates to a virus, DNA, and RNA extraction mechanism (a bearing crusher for bio) that can easily crush specific tissues or fragments of an organism. Samples can be ground as follows using a bearing grinding machine for bios consisting of a bearing part and a handle. The sample is first placed in a disposable plastic bag or a plastic bag with a net, and then the pack containing the sample is placed on a rigid plate or a plastic net. The most commonly used tool for grinding biosamples for virus, DNA and RNA extraction in a laboratory is the mortar, which is inconvenient to use with a mortar for bio-bearing grinders (washing and disinfection, unsuitable for small samples, etc.). That is, the bio-bearing grinding machine is very useful for quickly preparing a large amount of samples because the sample is prepared on a special vinyl pack including a mesh or an osmosis membrane or a commercially available disposable plastic pack for biosample extraction. In addition, if the biological sample is ground in a sealed beanie bag, oxygen from outside can be blocked, thereby inhibiting oxidation of the sample and stably extracting viruses, DNA and RNA.
