abstract The present invention provides an insulating layer comprising a conductive layer comprising meltable conductive particles, an adhesive insulating resin that is not cured at the melting point of the conductive particles, and an adhesive insulating resin that is not cured at the melting point of the conductive particles. It includes, and relates to an anisotropic conductive film and a semiconductor mounting method using the same heat-dissipating particles that are not melted at a temperature at which the curing of the adhesive insulating resin is completed in at least one of the conductive layer or the insulating layer.
