abstract |
The present invention relates to a gene encoding a novel Hyal 5 derived from bovine cells expressing specifically in testis cells and a method for determining fertility of bovine sperm using the same, and more specifically, Hyal 5 specifically expressed in bovine testes cells. It relates to a method of determining the fertility of the sperm by confirming the expression of the gene of Hyal 5 using a new gene encoding the antibody and the antibody to Hyal 5. According to the present invention, the bovine-derived novel Hyal 5 gene is a marker that is specifically expressed in testicular cells, and is useful for simply examining whether the bovine sperm is fertilized. |
