titleOfInvention Silver or Gold Nanoparticles Used in Carcinoma Cells by Intracellular Inhalation and Toxicity Difference with Surface Charge
abstract The present invention relates to silver or gold nanoparticles used in carcinoma cells by using intracellular inhalation and toxicity differences according to surface charges, and more particularly, the surface charges of silver and gold nanoparticles to the carcinoma cells. Considering the effects of inhalation differences, the present invention relates to a method that can be more effectively and safely utilized in the application of silver and gold nanoparticles in biological systems.n n n The present invention for this purpose provides negatively or positively charged gold or silver nanoparticles that can be used as anticancer agents and / or drug carriers in carcinoma cells. The nanoparticles are preferably Ag (+) or Au (+) nanoparticles to help more effective cell uptake, and in order to minimize cytotoxicity to other cells, the nanoparticles may be Ag (-) or Au (-) nanoparticles. It is preferably a particle.
