titleOfInvention Function to the bond powder type of method
abstract PURPOSE: A method for preparing a functional powder type adhesive is provided to maximize effects while not obstructing basic properties of materials and to improve infrared ray emission, antibiotic effect and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional powder type adhesive comprises the steps of: classifying clay with whiteness of 80 or greater, terra alba with whiteness of 97 or greater, zeolite, and calcium carbonate, wherein the particle size of materials is 325 mesh or greater; manufacturing a silica sol powder; adding clay, terra alba, zeolite and calcium carbonate to water and adding EDTA and silver solution after a low velocity stirring; and drying the resultant to obtain powder; adding a powder of the second step to a powder of the third powder.
