titleOfInvention Carrier member for substrate manufacturing and method for manufacturing substrate using same
abstract The carrier member for manufacturing a substrate according to the present invention includes a first metal layer laminated in two stages, an insulating layer provided on exposed both sides of the first metal layer, a second metal layer provided on both exposed sides of the insulating layer, and laminated in two stages. And an adhesive member formed on the side of the first metal layer to bond the first metal layer, and utilizing the components of the carrier member as the outermost insulating layer and the inner circuit layer of the coreless substrate. There is an advantage that can save the manufacturing cost of the coreless substrate.
