titleOfInvention Novel alkaline earth metal dialkylglycine compounds and preparation methods thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a novel alkaline earth metal dialkylglycine compound using modified glycine and a method for preparing the same, and relates to an alkaline earth metal dialkylglycine compound represented by the following general formula (1).n n n [Formula 1]n n n n n n n n [In Formula 1,n n n M is an alkaline earth metal selected from Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba or Ra, and R 1 and R 2 are each independently a C3-C7 linear or branched alkyl group with one or more halogens substituted or unsubstituted. ]n n n The alkaline earth metal dialkylglycine compound according to the present invention is used as a precursor for forming the metal oxide thin film and the metal oxide nanoparticles, and is less sensitive to moisture, easy to store, and has excellent thermal stability.
