abstract The present invention relates to the development of environmentally friendly polymeric organic dyes that can effectively replace existing polymeric dyes or tar dyes, and to a new dye synthesis method based on the formation of a copolymer, comprising: a) Dissolving the further mixture in an alcohol-containing citrate-phosphate buffer: b) incubating the lactacase enzyme in a buffer solution, c) inactivating the lactase enzyme to stabilize the resulting dye, To a method for synthesizing a condensed organic dye.n n n The present invention is advantageous in that it can be effectively utilized as a coloring matter for cosmetics (make-up product or hair dyeing agent) and health functional foods due to the environment-friendly characteristics of the dye synthesis method and the synthesized dye itself and safety to human beings.
