Method for raising the potency of Japanese encephalitis virus antigen by microneedle device and microneedle device |
abstract |
Provided is a method for enhancing immunogenicity by a microneedle device that enhances immunogenicity of Japanese encephalitis virus antigens. The method for enhancing immunogenicity by the microneedle device is to transdermally administer Japanese encephalitis virus antigens using microneedles coated with Japanese encephalitis virus antigens consisting of antigens derived from monkey kidney cells (Vero cells). The antibody of the viral antigen rises. After the transdermal administration of the microneedles coated with the Japanese encephalitis virus antigen, a patch containing lauryl alcohol is attached. |
