abstract |
The present invention describes a stable injectable oil-in-water docetacell nanoemulsion composition having a high docetacell concentration, such as 20 mg / ml, free of hypersensitivity reactions and body fluid retention. The composition uses synthetic triglycerides and DSPE PEG-2000, natural phosphatides, polyhydric alcohols and water for injection. In another embodiment, a lyophilized product is added to which a cryoprotectant is added which provides a nanoemulsion suitable for parenteral administration upon reconstitution. |
