abstract The present invention, more particularly identified by separating the vitamin novel strain Streptococcus Wu Doni carcass (streptococcus macedonicus) having a K 2 producing ability W351 (KACC91483P) on the novel strain Streptococcus Wu Doni coarse W351 with vitamin K 2 producing ability The present invention relates to a fermented milk prepared using the new strain Streptococcus macedonica W351 as a starter for fermented milk.n n n The novel strain Streptococcus macedonica W351 of the present invention is excellent in vitamin K 2 production ability as compared to the conventional lactic acid bacteria, and serves as a functional strain having antibiotic resistance, enzyme activity, bile and pH resistance, and antibacterial activity. Therefore, it can be usefully used for the production of fermented milk using the new strain.
