titleOfInvention Organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A lower plate comprising a first substrate, a first electrode formed on the first substrate, and a semiconductor layer formed on the first electrode and adsorbed with metal carbonate, a second substrate, a second electrode formed on the second substrate, and An upper plate formed on the second electrode and including a counter electrode facing the semiconductor layer, a sealing member for sealing the lower plate and the upper plate, and an electrolyte layer injected between the lower plate and the upper plate sealed by the sealing member. Disclosed is a solar cell. The method may further include forming a lower plate including a first substrate, a first electrode formed on the first substrate, and a semiconductor layer formed on the first electrode, and depositing the lower plate in a solution containing metal carbonate. Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a solar cell comprising the step of adsorbing the metal carbonate.
