abstract The present invention relates to a porous silica composite in which magnetic nanoparticles having peroxidase activity and an enzyme are immobilized in pores of porous silica, and more particularly, to a porous silica composite having a large surface area and pore volume. The present invention relates to a porous silica composite in which magnetic nanoparticles having an activity as a peroxidase and an enzyme are simultaneously integrated in pores, and a method of manufacturing the same.n n n The porous silica composite according to the present invention can sensitively diagnose small molecule substances such as glucose, galactose, cholesterol, and the like, proteins, DNA, pathogens, etc., which are markers of various diseases, and integrate magnetic nanoparticles and enzymes into the porous silica unit. The high activity per individual enables high sensitivity quantitative analysis, and it has the effect of efficient separation and reuse using magnetic nanoparticles.
