The present invention relates to a nucleic acid amplification method that can detect bacteria and fungi that can be easily contaminated when preparing a cell therapy, primer pairs used in the method, and a kit for detecting microorganisms including the same. By using the newly prepared nucleic acid amplification primer pair of the present invention, microorganisms that can be easily contaminated during cell therapy preparation, storage and administration can be detected quickly, accurately and reproducibly. According to the nucleic acid amplification method proposed in the present invention, it is possible to provide an economical, rapid and accurate sterility test method by replacing the sterility test method of the existing cell therapy. |
