PROBLEMS [Provide] Hydrophobic Organic Solvent Dispersion Sol of Zinc Colloid Particles [Solution] A hydrophobic organic solvent dispersion sol of anhydrous zinc anhydride colloidal particles, wherein the anhydrous zinc anhydride colloidal particle (A) is used as a nucleus, and the outer surface thereof is composed of silica and stannic oxide or silica and antimony pentoxide. And modified anhydrous zinc anhydride colloid which is coated with a colloidal particle of a composite oxide having a mass ratio of silica / dimentium oxide or silica / antimony pentoxide of 0.1 to 10, an oligomer thereof and a mixture thereof (B). As the particles (C), hydrophobic organic solvents having an aqueous solubility of 0.002 to 12% by mass of the surface-modified anhydrous zinc anhydride colloidal particles formed by combining an organosilicon compound and an amine compound on the surface of the colloidal particle (C).
