abstract | It is to provide an accurate and easy method for determining the cause of prolonged blood clotting time. Determination of the cause of prolonged blood clotting time in the blood plasma (1) measuring the blood coagulation time of the sample in which (a) only the test plasma, (b) normal plasma only, and (c) the test plasma and the normal plasma were mixed in at least one mixture ratio, (2) A cut line graph obtained by plotting the measurement results of (a), (b) and (c) as the mixing ratio or mixing ratio of blood coagulation time or blood coagulation time on the vertical axis and test plasma or normal plasma on the horizontal axis.
