Provided is a oil-in-water type cosmetic which is excellent in portability after application, glossy, has good spreadability at the time of application, and is excellent in stability. (a) 5 to 80% by mass of a nonvolatile hydrocarbon-based oil fraction, (b) 1 to 70% by mass of a nonvolatile silicone oil fraction, and (c) 0.1 to 10% by mass of a dextrin fatty acid ester, (A) / {(a) + (b)} = 0.4 to 0.8 in the mixing ratio (mass ratio) of the nonvolatile hydrocarbon-based oil component and the nonvolatile silicone oil component. |
