(Abbreviated as D).n n n The oxynitride-based phosphor of the present invention has a stable sialon crystal structure, and in particular, the phosphor of the same composition has three primary colors of green-yellow-red as it is carried out by controlling the firing temperature and the flow rate of the reducing gas step by step in the phosphor manufacturing process. Among them, a high purity oxynitride-based phosphor which selectively emits light at a desired wavelength can be produced.
