abstract | PURPOSE: A composition for detecting Mycobacteria and tubercle bacillus is provided to detect Mycobacteria and tubercle bacillus and to quickly and easily perform clinical diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting Mycobacteria and tubercle bacillus contains one or more primers of sequence number 1 and 2; and one or more primers among sequence numbers 3-11. The composition further contains an internal control primer. The internal control primer is specific to plant-derived gene. A method for analyzing Mycobacteria and tubercle bacillus using the composition comprises: a step of mixing DNA from a sample and the composition for preparing a gene analysis sample; a step of performing real time PCR to obtain PCR product; a step of performing quantitation of the PCR product to obtain a quantitative curve; and a step of performing quantitation of IS6110 gene, ITS gene, and internal control gene-specific gene. |
