abstract The present invention relates to radical sterilization using plasma, and more particularly, to increase the efficiency of the sterilant during radical sterilization and to make the exhaust gas harmless without a separate purification device. It relates to a plasma radical sterilization method that removes substances to improve stability and efficiency. The present invention sterilizes using radicals generated from plasma to control the exhaust valve so that the flowed sterilizer is effectively used for sterilization to increase the efficiency and to remove the fine by-products in the sterilized body before sterilization. It is a plasma radical sterilization method that improves performance and removes sterilant remaining in harmful exhaust gas without any additional purification device and efficiently removes sterilant remaining in the chamber after the process is completed.
