abstract | Peptide vaccines for cancer are described herein. Specifically, the present invention describes epitope peptides derived from MYBL2 that induce CTLs. The present invention also provides an established CTL that specifically recognizes HLA-A24 positive target cells pulsed with the peptide. Also provided are antigen presenting cells and exosomes presenting any of the peptides, as well as methods of inducing antigen presenting cells. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical preparation comprising, as an active ingredient, an exosome and an antigen presenting cell as well as a nara, a MYBL2 polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding the same. Moreover, the present invention provides a method of inducing CTL, a MYBL2 polypeptide, a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, an exosome or antigen presenting cell presenting the polypeptide, or a method of inducing antitumor immunity using the pharmaceutical agent of the present invention. As well as methods for the prophylaxis and / or treatment of cancer (tumors) and / or the prevention of recurrence after surgery thereof. Targeted cancers include, but are not limited to, testicular tumors, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, non-small cell cancer, small cell lung cancer, and esophageal cancer. |
