abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a phosphor having a solid fluorescence intensity and emitting a fluorescent color in combination with a blue LED, which can produce a white light emitting diode of day white or daylight. General formula: Li x Eu y Si 12- (m + n) Al (m + n) O n + δ N 16 -n-δ (wherein the average valence of Eu is a, x + ya + δ = m; 0.45 ≦ x <1.2, 0.001 ≦ y ≦ 0.2, 0.9 Li-containing? -Sialon phosphors represented by? M? 2.5, 0.5? N? 2.4,?> 0). The average aspect ratio of the primary particles measured by image analysis of the scanning electron microscope photograph is 2 or less, the average particle diameter D particles is 1 µm or more and 3.0 µm or less, and the primary particles measured by image analysis of the scanning electron microscope photograph. The aspect ratio is 3 or less, and the length of the short axis may be larger than 3 µm. |
