The present invention relates to a coating method of graphene oxide, and specifically, to form a graphene thin film on the surface of a substrate by coating and drying a colloidal graphene oxide solution directly on the surface of various substrates, followed by heat treatment. The present invention relates to a coating method of graphene oxide.n n n The graphene oxide coating method according to the present invention can produce a plate-like material in which a graphene thin film used for various purposes such as next-generation electrodes, transparent conductive films, solar cells, heat sinks, electromagnetic shielding agents, sensors, and the like is formed on a surface thereof. In addition, due to the excellent thermal conductivity of the graphene formed on the surface there is an advantage that can be utilized in heat-dissipating coating and heat-dissipating material. In addition, it is possible to coat not only two-dimensional plate-shaped substrates but also various forms of three-dimensional three-dimensional substrates, so that various functional materials may be manufactured. |
