titleOfInvention Photo-curing process for metallic inks
abstract A solution of metal ink was mixed and printed and dispersed on the substrate using a dispenser. The membrane was then dried to remove water and solvent. In some examples, a thermal curing step may be introduced before the film dispersion and photocuring step. The substrate and deposited film can be cured by using an oven or by placing the substrate on the surface of a heater, such as a hot plate. After the drying and / or thermal curing step, the focused light from the laser beam or light source is directed directly to the surface of the film in a process known as direct writing. Light photocures the film so that the film has a low resistance.
