The present invention relates to an orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) and a method for preparing the same, comprising granisetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the orally disintegrating tablet according to the present invention is in vitro. In-vitro disintegration time of less than 30 seconds not only disintegrates rapidly in the oral cavity, but also masks the unique bitter taste of Granissetron, so that patients with swallowing disorders, especially those undergoing long-term chemotherapy, can be taken without water.
