abstract The present invention relates to a transparent cell-based sensor capable of real-time optical observation of cell behavior, a manufacturing method thereof, and a multi-detection sensor chip using the same, and more specifically, using an ion selective field effect transistor type sensor (ISFET) and an electrochemical sensor. Transparency cell-based sensor that can detect ion concentration of electrolyte according to metabolic changes of cells, and at the same time is made of transparent material to measure optical behavior by measuring optical behavior as well as cell behavior. It relates to a manufacturing method thereof and a multi-detection sensor chip using the same.
