titleOfInvention | Antibody against 20 Alpha-hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase from Bovine Ovary |
abstract | The present invention is an E. coli expression vector for producing bovine ovary-derived 20 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (hereinafter referred to as 20α-HSD), transformed Escherichia coli and 20α- produced from the transformant. It relates to an antibody against HSD.n n n When the recombinant expression vector for E. coli, which contains the 20α-HSD gene isolated from the bovine ovary of the present invention, the transformant thereof and the 20α-HSD produced from the transformant are used, an antibody against 20α-HSD derived from bovine ovary can be obtained. By using the antibody, the antibody can accurately measure the expression level of cells and proteins expressing 20α-HSD protein in the ovary and placenta during the sexual cycle of the bovine or during pregnancy, as well as other highly homologous proteins. The same effect can be expected in animals, such as deer and pigs. |
