abstract PURPOSE: A producing method of yellow soil-pine needles salt is provided to offer the salt without foreign materials and the bitter taste, including the massive amount of yellow soil and pine needles components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-pine needles salt comprises the following steps: preparing bay salt and pine needles boiled water; spraying the pine needles boiled water to the bay salt to remove the bitter taste of the bay salt; inserting the bay salt into a yellow soil container, and roasting for 7~8hours at 600~800deg C; firstly spraying the pine needles boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-pine needles salt; and secondly spraying the pine needles boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-pine needles salt, and drying inside the yellow soil container.
