titleOfInvention | Method for preparing vinyl chloride-based polymer and suspension method for preparing vinyl chloride-based copolymer using suspension polymerization seed |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer in which a vinyl chloride monomer is suspended and polymerized in the presence of a protective colloid preparation and a polymerization initiator, to prepare a vinyl chloride polymer as a suspension polymerization seed having a conversion rate of 5 to 20% by using a prepolymerization reactor. The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride-based polymer production method using a suspension polymerization seed comprising the step of transferring the vinyl chloride polymer to the polymerization reactor and performing a suspension polymerization reaction with the vinyl chloride monomer introduced into the polymerization reactor.n n n The present invention described above uses the preliminary polymerization reactor to prepare the vinyl chloride polymer, which is a suspension polymerization seed having a conversion rate of 5 to 20%, transfer the suspension to the main polymerization reactor, and suspend the vinyl chloride monomer introduced into the main polymerization reactor. Since the polymerization reaction proceeds, the polymerization reaction time is shortened, thereby significantly improving the polymerization productivity, blocking the whiskey generated due to undissolved particles of the reactants, and having an excellent initial coloring property.n n n Vinyl chloride polymer, vinyl chloride copolymer, suspension polymerization seed, polymerization productivity, whiskey, coloring |
