abstract Disclosed are a blood vessel pressurization cuff for pressurizing blood vessels for blood pressure measurement, a blood pressure measuring apparatus including the vessel pressurization cuff, and a blood pressure measuring method using the vessel pressurization apparatus. The disclosed vascular pressurized cuff has a first actuator with a first shape memory alloy that is restored to a first shape previously stored at a first temperature and a second shape previously stored at a second temperature different from the first temperature. And a second actuator having a second shape memory alloy to be restored. The pressing force applied to a part of the body wrapped by the strap is increased by the first shape memory alloy restored to the first shape, and the second shape memory alloy restored to the second shape despite the first shape memory alloy restored to the first shape. The pressing force applied to the part of the body wrapped by the strap is reduced by the shape memory alloy.
