abstract The present invention intends to identify 12 flies belonging to the assay family by molecular genetic method. More specifically, the present invention provides a primer set and a method of identifying using the same for the identification of 12 species of fly flies belonging to the assay family. Through the primer set provided by the present invention and the identification method using the same, it is possible to analyze the species of tasting flies gathering in a corpse in the investigation of a crime scene, such as a murder investigation, to estimate the post-lapse time.
