titleOfInvention | Induction of Embryonic Stem Cell Proliferation Using Linoleic Acid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of inducing proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells using linoleic acid. More specifically, linoleic acid stimulates phospholipase C by activating G protein-coupled receptor 40 (GPR40) followed by activating protein kinase C (PKC) to activate p44 / 42 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). The present invention relates to a method for inducing proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells by increasing the activation of cell cycle control proteins of mouse embryonic stem cells and a medium for mouse embryonic stem cell proliferation comprising linoleic acid. |
