titleOfInvention Solvent-free UV-curable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a non-solvent ultraviolet curable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to overcome environmental problems such as air pollution of a conventional solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive and to produce an environmentally friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive without using an organic solvent. Oligomers are synthesized using 100% active ingredient without any solvent during the process without heating at the time of processing and without any heating, and introducing double bonds into the synthesized oligomers. UV) Synthesis of solvent-free UV-curable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives using monomers, photoinitiators, and tackifying resins after synthesizing ultraviolet (UV) curable oligomers with curability, avoiding the use of organic solvents used in conventional solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesives. By reducing production costs and waiting It is an environmentally-friendly production method that can fundamentally block the pressure of the solvent-based adhesive. It has the same or more physical properties than the conventional solvent-type adhesive, and shows the adhesive strength and heat resistance properties equivalent to those of the adhesive tape of the conventional solvent type, and does not require a drying process or a aging process. The production process can be shortened, improving productivity and reducing costs.
