titleOfInvention | Continuous production method of fatty acid alkanol amide |
abstract | The present invention provides that at least one fatty acid of formula (I) is reacted with at least one alkanol amine of formula (II) to form an ammonia salt, wherein the ammonia salt has a longitudinal axis of the reaction tube in the direction of propagation of microwaves of the single mode microwave applicator. A method for the continuous production of fatty acid alkanol amides, which is reacted under the action of microwave radiation in a placed reaction tube to form fatty acid alkanol amides. (I) R 3 -COOH [Formula II] HNR 1 R 2 In the above formulas (I) and (II), R 3 is an optionally substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 5 to 50 carbon atoms, R 1 is a hydrocarbon radical of 1 to 50 carbon atoms having at least one hydroxyl group, R 2 is hydrogen, R 1 , or a hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 50 carbon atoms. |
