titleOfInvention Surface-modified ruthenium oxide conductive material, lead-free glass (s), thick film resist paste (s), and devices made therefrom
abstract The present invention relates to surface-modified RuO 2 conductive materials and lead-free powdered glass materials formulated for producing pastes suitable for application in the manufacture of thick film resistant materials. The most suitable resistance range for the present invention is a resistor having a sheet resistance of 10 kilo ohms / sq to 10 mega ohms / sq. The resulting resistor has a TCR of ± 100 ppm / ° C.
