titleOfInvention Composite copper particles
abstract It is a composite copper particle in which two or more inorganic oxide particles whose average particle diameter is 5-50 nm are contained in the mother particle containing copper whose average particle diameter is 0.2-10 micrometers. The inorganic oxide particles are completely embedded in the vicinity of the surface of the mother particle and are embedded in the mother particle in a state partially exposed to the surface of the mother particle. The inorganic oxide particles are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the total composite copper particles.
