titleOfInvention | Zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles-based magnetic sensor |
abstract | The present invention provides a composition comprising (a) zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles or clusters thereof; (b) magnetic sensor elements; And (c) a magnetic field generating means. Since the zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles used in the present invention have a very high saturation susceptibility, the sensor of the present invention using the same can detect analytes with greatly improved sensitivity. Improved sensitivity (e.g., sensitivity to fM levels) according to the present invention can detect trace amounts of analytes such as anticancer marker proteins or nucleic acid molecules, chemicals, and the like in the blood. Sensors of the present invention include a magneto-resistance sensor, a magnetic relaxation sensor, a magnetic micro-cantilever sensor, a magnetophoresis sensor, a magneto-electronic sensor, and the like. It can be constructed as a sensor using magnetic particles. |
