titleOfInvention | Zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic separation system |
abstract | The present invention relates to zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles (preferably, zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles having a binding agent having a binding affinity for a target material bound to a surface) or a cluster thereof. A magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic separation system. Since the zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles used in the present invention have a very high saturation magnetization rate, the magnetic separation system of the present invention using the same has a greatly improved separation efficiency. In the present invention, when the zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles are manufactured by different kinds of binders binding to the target material, an economical system capable of separating and / or detecting various target materials with high efficiency can be designed. In addition, according to the present invention, there is no need for complicated pre-enrichment, purification or processing required in the general detection process. |
