abstract The strip csating apparatus of the present invention, by discharging the coolant gas to the master alloy strip in a state in which the primary alloy strip cooled in the cooling rollers while being rotated by a rotary cooling cylinder in the cooling chamber, thereby discharging the cooling gas to the master alloy strip. Can be secondarily cooled at a uniform cooling rate to obtain a fine and uniform microstructure.
