abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel double-stranded RNA which has high nuclease resistance and high cellular introduction rate and can exert an excellent RNA interference effect. The present invention has a sense strand RNA comprising a base sequence complementary to a target sequence in a target gene, and an antisense strand RNA comprising a base sequence complementary to the sense strand RNA, and a double strand capable of suppressing expression of a target gene. In RNA, a double stranded lipid modified RNA is provided in which a double stranded lipid is bound to at least one of the first to sixth nucleotides from the 5 'terminal side of the sense strand RNA directly or via a linker. |
