The present invention relates to a thiophenyl carbazole compound represented by Formula 1 and an organic electroluminescence (EL) device using the same.n n n [Formula 1]n n n n n n n n In Formula 1, R represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group having 6 to 50 carbon atoms, l is an integer of 0 to 3, n and m is an integer of 1 to 3, respectively.n n n By using the thiophenyl carbazole-based compound of Formula 1, the problem of low hole injection characteristics, which is a problem of the hole injection material of the conventional organic electroluminescent device, can be solved, and the driving voltage of the device can be lowered, and the luminous efficiency is improved. It is possible to provide an excellent stable and high efficiency organic electroluminescent device. |
