abstract Disclosed are an optical biosensor using a laser dissipation field and a portable lab-on-a-chip comprising the same. A micro-channel and a laser waveguide, wherein the micro-channel and the laser waveguide are in contact with each other to generate an evanescent field, and the dissipation according to the presence or absence of a target substance in the test sample passing through the micro-channel. The optical biosensor, which detects target substances by measuring changes in refractive index or spectral variation of the intestine, has excellent sensing sensitivity, and can simultaneously measure multi-component harmful substances such as pesticide residues and food poisoning bacteria in a few minutes. High efficiency lab-on-a-chip can be manufactured.
