(Problem) It provides the oil-in-water emulsion skin cosmetic excellent in mix | blending vitamin A stably, excellent in usability (skin permeation, realizing the effect after application), and time-base stability (emulsification stability) of a base. (Solution) The added molar number of (a) vitamin A and its derivatives in 0.01 to 4% by mass, (b) (b-1) sorbitan tristearate, and (b-2) polyethylene glycol based on the total amount of cosmetics 0.6-4 mass% of nonionic surfactant containing three types of 20-120 polyethylene glycol stearate, (b-3) glyceryl stearate with HLB of 5-8, and (c) 14-carbon atoms The oil-in-water type emulsion skin cosmetic containing 1-10 mass% of 24 higher alcohols, and whose compounding ratio (mass ratio) of (b-1) component with respect to (b) component is 0.1-0.8. |
