titleOfInvention | Polymer electrolyte multilayer membrane and biosensing device |
abstract | The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte multilayer membrane comprising a gamma-cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof in an alternating stacked structure of an anionic polymer electrolyte layer and a cationic polymer electrolyte layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a biosensing device or a chemical sensitive device using the same. The multilayer membrane of the present invention has excellent wettability, excellent cell adsorption, and, when gamma-cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof is included in the multilayer membrane, the characteristics of the included gamma-cyclodextrin or its derivatives are determined through contact angle. It can be usefully applied to a biosensing device or a chemical sensitive device that can measure the presence and specific content of a specific material by capturing a specific material or inducing optical activity of the specific material. The effect will be very big. |
