titleOfInvention Test handler
abstract The present invention relates to a test handler, and more particularly, to a test socket for fixedly coupling an intermediary socket for electrically connecting an inspection apparatus and a device under test to the inspection device and for guiding the device under test to the intermediate socket. As a handler, a periphery is fixedly coupled to the inspection apparatus and an insertion hole is formed at the center thereof to allow the device to be inspected to be inserted. A test including a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole extending upwardly from the first insertion hole and gradually increasing in cross-sectional area, and having a guide surface provided on an inner circumferential surface thereof for guiding the device under test to be seated in the first insertion hole. In the handler for the handler, the handler is fixedly coupled to the inspection device Consists of a housing in which a central hole is formed and an insert coupled to the central hole of the housing and having an insert in which the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole are formed, wherein the insert is detachably coupled to the housing. The test handler is characterized by
