Acrylic rubber composition containing a polyurethane compound |
abstract |
Method of reacting diamine compound H 2 NR 1 NH 2 with chloroformate compound ClCOO (CH 2 ) n (SO 2 ) m R 2 or diisocyanate compound OCNR 1 NCO with hydroxyl group containing compound R 2 (SO 2 ) m (CH 2 ) A urethane compound R 2 (SO 2 ) m (CH 2 ) n OCONH-R 1 -NHCOO (CH 2 ) n (SO 2 ) m R 2 is prepared by a method of reacting n OH. This polyurethane compound is mix | blended with a basic vulcanization accelerator in the polyhydric amine crosslinkable group containing acrylic rubber, and forms an acrylic rubber composition. The acrylic rubber composition which uses this polyurethane compound as a vulcanizing agent improves the delay of the vulcanization rate by scorch suppression, and also satisfies the compression set resistance of vulcanizates. |
