titleOfInvention How to Collect Samples from Animal Lungs
abstract Disclosed is a method for conveniently collecting a sample from an animal lung. After anesthesia is injected into the animal, the catheter is inserted into the trachea via the airway and the feeding tube is inserted through the inside of the catheter. Then, the sample is collected from the lung by injecting saline into the lungs through the feeding tube using a syringe and then sucking the syringe again to recover the saline. As an anesthetic injection, propofol is preferable. According to the present invention, samples can be collected from a large number of animals in a short time by quickly collecting samples from animals using inexpensive materials.
